When you go Last Frontier Heliskiing, you leave the world behind. It's here in northern British Columbia where things get wild.
Over the course of more than two decades, we have carefully refined our approach to helicopter skiing and boarding.
We understand that it is a commitment to visit our area. That's why from the moment you arrive, we'll do everything we can to make your trip unforgettable
The Skeena and Coast Mountains of northern British Columbia offer huge treetop runs in old-growth forests, huge glacial stretches high in the mountains, and everything in between. It's a nirvana of steep, aggressive lines, through to gentler terrain for a more relaxed experience.
15-25 meters of annual snow, small groups of 4 people and two unique locations to choose from.
Now imagine yourself with a small group of friends, making one turn after another on the soft snow in a breathless atmosphere.
Try to wipe that smile off your face!
We have two bases of operations: Bell 2 Lodge and Ripley Creek Inn. 7-day tours are offered from each lodge, as well as the Lodge to Lodge Safari which includes both lodges.
Your Canadian heliskiing adventure awaits!
I Lodge:
Whether you're planning a solo trip, a family holiday or a trip with your best friends, we have two heliski lodges both full of character and charm.
Bell 2 Lodge:
This heli-skiing lodge in Canada is an off-the-grid resort, custom-built for heli-skiing. In a remote setting, in the heart of the Skeena Mountains, this is where the wild call of mountain life meets refined comfort. You will stay in the cozy rooms of our wooden chalets, all equipped with soapstone wood stoves and extremely comfortable beds. If you are lucky, you will have the chance to spot moose in the nearby river. Social gatherings come to life in our main lodge, where après, meals and a good bottle of wine are shared. The bar and dining room are located here, as well as the gift shop and reception. Also in the main lodge, a dedicated equipment room where we tune skis and snowboards. It is designed to help you get ready each morning and dry your gear overnight. In the heart of our little heli-skiing village, you can treat yourself to a soak in the hot tub or sweat in the sauna. Guests can also enjoy a fitness center and game room on site. The heli-skiing platform is right in front. On downtime, Bell 2 Lodge offers snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and fat biking right out back, as well as archery and skeet shooting.

The historic mining town of Stewart, BC has a heart of gold, although today its riches are adventures of another kind. Facing the Alaskan Panhandle, the landscape is dramatic: glaciers and craggy, snow-capped peaks at the head of the Portland Canal, a saltwater fjord that runs 70 miles to the Pacific Ocean. This area of rugged terrain makes up the southern portion of our mandate, and fewer than 300 residents call it home, including the Last Frontier. Along the city's main strip, a collection of historic and fun buildings has been transformed into a new inn. There is space for up to 24 guests and, as no two rooms are the same, you can stay in a gold miner's house, an old clothes shop or even a former brothel. This heli-skiing lodge sticks to the essentials: hot tub and sauna for your muscles, and delicious food served across the street at the Bitter Creek Cafe, which doubles as a bar. During your free time, grab a bike and explore Stewart's quirky backroads, visit the museum, or cross the border into Alaska to get Hybridized (don't ask, just do it).
